Hi,

I am a new product owner of InShort. Am very much interested with the drill down feature. Since the different processes, like Change Management and Problem Management, are interrelated, how can I create these links between two separate projects.

All the best,

Horizontal connections in the hierarchy of planning always involve heightened risks and uncertainty in plans. For process description purposes, such links are not so dangerous, but they can provide a few unpleasant surprises. Therefore, such relations should be specified explicitly, for what the program provides proxy objects. You can master them in detail on the respective diagram in the Guide. However, I want to once again point out that the use of these objects imposes significant limitations on the automatic planning tools available in the program.
