Frankly, the descriptive formalism, which is used by the program, is better suited for technical analysis of problems, what makes it easy to shift the program emphasis from global problems into smaller tasks. For the purposes of logical analysis you may need a different formalism, not so scalable, but more intuitive. At a certain desire one can build the TOC Thinking Processes technique, staying within the program elements, but it involves trade-offs disadvantageous to both parties. Perhaps I am mistaken, but no one has yet shown me otherwise.

So far I intend to stick to the plan from the neighboring thread. When a large part is sketched out, maybe I'll realize more precisely how to implement the TOC Thinking Processes technique in the best way.
