Here is a suggestion to enhance inShort to a kind of process guided document creation tool.

I think a model made with inShort could be not only useful to define processes, but also to guide creation of specific documents and procedures. E.g. while executing a process "define a work instruction" the user get in a nested Folder which contains document resources. Then the user could fill in the document resources and leave again the folder after completion.

To do this conveniently would require to have a small editor function rather than only to edute a description of a document resource.

Or a link to an associeted editor would do too.

Such a capability would be very useful in creation of quality system procedures, specification etc.

I hope my suggestuon is clear enough.

I got the nice surprise.

The links between shapes enbedded in the original inShort file are available as hyperlinks in the generated html document.

You can conveniently navigate through the files via hyperlinks. Therefore I conclude that the hyperlinks have been preserved in the pdf file I converted to html.

Would it not be an nice enhancement if the hyperlinks are also accessable in the pdf file generated by inShort?

Further generation of bookmarks for alternative browsing the pdf file would be nice.

Umderstand your argument, however, often it is not immediatly clear what type  an object will be, therefore the possibility start with a tempory object like a comment, which later can be converted qould add some flexibility in the modelling process.

It looks like a comment should be possible to convert in a folder (menu point in the card), this does not work.

It would be nice to have an option for the font size.

A convenient feature would be to have a file ex-and import to drop box, drop it or mobile me, respectively icloud.

During developing a modell, sometimes it is necessary to convert an objcect in another type. E.g. a common process in a logistic process.  InShort limits choices for conversion. I think it would be nice to have more options, e.g. a comment might be used initially to make a not about an object and later ones want to change a note in a process or resource. The comment can go then in the description field. Why not enabling this?
