I would love to have inShort in the cloud so that I can have all my diagrams on both my iPhone and my iPad. I think iCloud provides such a functionality.

And Dropbox integration would be good as well. I just don't know how. Of course I would love to able to print diagrams to PDF and save them in my Dropbox because I work a lot with it as a "Printbox", saving paper along the way. But I have a hard time thinking of a way to collaborate on diagrams using Dropbox, or even synchronizing files with multiple devices with it.

100% agreed.

I usually use inShort for defining AND implementing processes but it does not limit itself to that and allows for much more productive analysis and uses in day to day work.
Whenever I need to formalize a process or issue it in the organization, I just redraw it using the standard tools and all is good.
Otherwise, inShort would just be useful in designing process and would fall short on its ability to actually roll it out and follow it.

Hi!

Just went through the User Guide for version 4.0.0 and, in the Tips section, you mention "Text insert". Are you referring to Comment objects or is it really a free-text object that can be placed anywhere and has no borders or background? I was expecting the later but I couldn't find it.

And in the same section, does the block "Creating PDF" refer to an ability to save a diagram as a PDF, and use "Open in..." to get it in another program or is it just related to the "Sending PDF" block in which it is said that PDF's can be emailed?

Oh and one last thing: how did you put the Link to the Shortki community in the diagram? I'm trying to add links to mine but I can't even select your element (even after disabling the read-only switch). My intent was to add a link on the Desktop diagram to my currently running projects so it quicker to get there but I can't figure out how to add a link...
