Title: Very confused about resources.... Post by: taoy on January 05, 2016, 12:24:05 AM Just purchased the Mac version of inShort. User Guide->Projects->Resources->Work Resources makes no sense to me. In 'Assignment' it talks about assignment of resources in the object card - but I can't find any mention of the object card in the application. Where is that supposed to be?
Similarly in the Gantt chart section it says: "By tapping the object title you activate the panel through which you can: • open the object card; • go to the flowchart of the object; • go to the Gantt chart for the subdiagram; • remove the object." Tapping the object title of an item in the gantt chart view doesn't do anything. Is the manual out of date, or are there bugs in this area. Please help me understand how this is supposed to work. Post by: shortki on January 05, 2016, 04:55:47 PM The right side of the application workspace is reserved for the Inspector (if it is not visible, turn on the Inspector from the View menu).
It is the collection of tabs of the Inspector containing the properties of one object that is the Object card, in particular, the third tab containing the project parameters of the object allows you to assign work resources.
